All normal transactions are available, including loans and buys. Electronic payment is encouraged. We can offer e-transfers for new loans or as payment when selling to us. Company cheques are also an option should you not want to handle cash.

We continue to offer online shopping, payments via our mobile app, and curbside pickup for those who prefer. Local delivery within the Fredericton area is also still available.

5 Customers plus 1 appointment customer will be permitted in each store at any given time.

If there are 5 customers in the store, we request that you wait outside. Remain 2 meters (6ft) away from the door and 2m (6ft) away from any other customers.

Appointments are no longer required, but still preferred for most transactions. Making an appointment will ensure that you do not have to wait in line.

Customers with an appointment may enter at their scheduled time (or up to 5 minutes after), even if there are already 5 customers in the store. Appointment customers who arrive early or late may be asked to wait in line.

Only one person per household is permitted in the store at one time. Exceptions can be made for parents or guardians caring for young children who have no other choice.

Everyone will be expected to maintain a 2m(6ft) distance from other people. Anyone who is unable to respect this will be asked to leave.

What we are doing to protect customers and staff alike?

Everyone will be practicing social distancing.

Staff will go through a Covid-19 screening process every day upon arrival at work. This will include taking temperatures.

Clear barriers will be installed at the service counters. Only two counters will be used, and the middle counter will remain vacant.

Staff will be wearing face shields and masks whenever they are not behind barriers.

Hand sanitizer will be made available at the door whenever possible.

Staff must wash hands at least once per hour, or more often as necessary.

All workstations and commonly touched surfaced will be wiped down once per hour.

All customer items taken in on a buy or trade will be cleaned with disinfectant and left to sit on a shelf for 48hrs minimum before being made available for sale.

All guidelines set out by WorksafeNB will be adhered to.

You may not enter the store if you have any Covid-19 symptoms.

Common symptoms for COVID-19 include: Fever above 38 degrees Celsius, a new cough, or worsening chronic cough, sore throat, runny nose, headache, a new onset of fatigue, a new onset of muscle pain, diarrhea, loss of sense of taste, loss of sense of smell, and, in children, purple markings on the fingers and toes.

During the last 14 days, have you:

• Travelled outside of New Brunswick?
• Come into contact with someone who has tested positive for Covid-19?
• Come into contact with someone who is being tested for Covid-19?
• Come into contact with someone who is under mandatory self-quarantine?

If the answer is “yes” to any of these, you may not enter the store.
